Emily Gildar Yaron focuses her practice on bankruptcy and related state and federal court creditor and debtor rights litigation. Her experience includes representing secured creditors, unsecured creditors, committees, and other parties in various bankruptcy and related state and federal court litigation. She has represented parties in various litigation matters involving debt collection, foreclosure, guarantees, receiverships, preferences, HOA issues, and the FCRA.
