Biography

Emily Parker is a member of the commercial litigation practice group, with a focus on intellectual property and cybersecurity. Her case experience includes trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, and other related matters.

In her cybersecurity practice, she helps clients across a spectrum of industries manage cybersecurity risks, respond to cyber-attacks, and defend related regulatory enforcement actions and civil litigation.

Emily is also a member of the Investigations, Government Enforcement and White Collar Protection practice. In this capacity, Emily regularly conducts internal investigations and represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters relating to federal and state criminal, civil and regulatory enforcement.
