Dylan Kramer is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group in the Orange County office. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, portfolio strategy, and IP due diligence. Dylan helps clients protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property assets across a range of technologies, including medical devices, robotics, and consumer products.
Dylan’s practice includes drafting and prosecuting both U.S. and international patent applications, as well as conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses to help clients assess potential product patentability and infringement risks. He also handles due diligence work during IP transactions, including ownership and portfolio assessments.
Dylan earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with high honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and worked in the electric vehicle industry before obtaining his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he assisted clients with patent matters through the law school’s patent prosecution clinic.
