Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Dylan K. Kramer to the Orange County Office
ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that associate Dylan K. Kramer has joined the firm’s Orange County office as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Kramer focuses his practice on patent prosecution, portfolio strategy, and IP due diligence, and helps clients protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property assets across a range of technologies, including medical devices, robotics, and consumer products.
Kramer’s practice includes drafting and prosecuting both U.S. and international patent applications, as well as conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses to help clients assess potential product patentability and infringement risks. He also handles due diligence work during IP transactions, including ownership and portfolio assessments.
Kramer earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with high honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and worked in the electric vehicle industry before obtaining his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he assisted clients with patent matters through the law school’s patent prosecution clinic.
