David Hansen concentrates his practice on defending companies against product liability, negligence, and general liability claims in state and federal courts, involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death allegations. He represents clients from a wide array of industries, including automobile, motorcycle, off-road vehicle and watercraft manufacturers; amusement parks; film studios and live entertainment producers.
David also has experience defending consumer product manufacturers in class action litigation and representing construction industry professionals in cases involving alleged construction and building product defects, including manufacturers of air conditioning units, water heaters and boilers, and building wrap products.
