Clint Engleson is a labor and employment attorney in Snell & Wilmer’s San Diego office who focuses his practice on representing employers in wage and hour litigation, including claims for failure to pay wages and provide meal and rest breaks, misclassification claims, wage statement claims, class and collective actions, and claims brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). He also works closely with employers on compliance with all aspects of California and federal employment laws. Clint provides manager trainings, performs wage and hour audits, and revises employee handbooks, commission plans, wage statements, and meal and rest break policies.
