Carlos Sugich is a partner in the firm's Real Estate and Commercial Finance practice group and manages the firm's Los Cabos Office. He is admitted to practice law in both the United States (Arizona) and throughout Mexico and is currently the U.S. chair of the U.S. Mexico Bar Association. Carlos practices primarily in the areas of real estate investment, financing, leasing and development in both the U.S. and Mexico. In addition, he regularly advises domestic and foreign clients in the documentation and organization of a variety of cross-border ventures in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America. Carlos has been selected by his peers to The Best Lawyers in America® since 2013.

Carlos Sugich is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Finance practice group. He regularly advises foreign and domestic companies and individuals in connection with real estate finance, leasing, development and investment in Arizona.  In addition, his practice emphasizes the representation of Mexican and Latin American clients with their cross-border investments, operations and business transactions in Arizona. Carlos has experience with NAFTA regulation, foreign investment regulated by the U.S. and Mexican governments and cross-border dispute settlement. He has been selected by his peers to The Best Lawyers in America® since 2013.

Carlos Sugich manages the firm’s Los Cabos, Mexico Office, and heads the firm's Mexico Business Industry Group. He is admitted to practice law in both the United States (Arizona) and throughout Mexico and is currently the U.S. chair of the U.S. Mexico Bar Association. Carlos regularly advises clients in connection with real estate development, investment, leasing and financing in Mexico. In addition, he assists U.S. based companies from a wide variety of industries including renewable energy, gaming, banking, manufacturing, mining, distribution and agribusiness in their cross-border operations and business transactions in Mexico and Latin America.
