Cameron Cutler focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex business and ownership disputes. He regularly represents businesses and individuals in matters involving disputes between co-owners of corporations and limited liability companies, including business divorce litigation. His practice also includes claims involving breaches of restrictive covenants, such as non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, as well as trade secret misappropriation.
Cam has extensive experience in land use and real property litigation, handling disputes involving property boundaries, easements, building restrictions, and property tax assessments. In addition to his trial work, he leads the appellate practice in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, managing all aspects of appeals – from briefing to oral argument – before state and federal appellate courts.
He also advises companies on a range of corporate, employment, and regulatory compliance matters, including those arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
