Bret Evans is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups. His practice is concentrated primarily in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditor’s rights. He has represented creditors and banks in fraud cases, replevin actions, receivership actions, and other claims. Bret has also assisted financial institutions with matters related to consumer financial services, including cases involving claims of wrongful foreclosure, alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and lien disputes.
