Benjamin Hawkins focuses his practice in real estate and commercial finance. His real estate practice includes assisting clients with mixed-use retail and commercial leasing, land purchase and sale transactions, master planned residential and commercial projects, title analysis and claims, and real estate financing and subdivision matters. Benjamin also represents regional and national banking associations in commercial lending, finance and real estate transactions for development, long term and construction loans.
