Biography

Ashley Wiberg is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group, practicing in product liability litigation and commercial litigation matters. Her practice primarily focuses on product liability defense, representing manufacturers and distributors of various consumer products, including automobiles, medical devices, cosmetics, and off-road vehicles. She regularly litigates allegations of design defect, manufacturing defect, breach of warranty, and negligence. Ashley has experience as national counsel for product manufacturers, litigating cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She also has experience with breach of contract, personal injury, property damage, and toxic tort claims as well as recall and regulatory matters.
