Amanda Manke’s practice is concentrated in commercial finance and real estate. She primarily represents financial institutions on matters related to real estate secured lending, asset-based lending, and other commercial lending. Specifically, Amanda assists with financing acquisitions, development, long-term and construction loans for hotels, restaurants, commercial projects, and residential developments. She has experience with syndicated loan transactions, secured and unsecured commercial loans, and coordinates smooth transaction closings from beginning to end.
