Allison Hale concentrates her practice in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions; condominium, resort, commercial, and mixed use development projects; and zoning and land use. Allison has experience in drafting and negotiating retail, office, and vacant land leases, and resolving title, survey, and due diligence issues. Allison regularly represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, resort operators, banks, and borrowers in transactions involving real estate assets of all sizes.
