Biography
Aliya Astaphan’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation including matters involving breach of contract and business torts (e.g., fraud and tortious interference). Aliya’s practice also includes intellectual property litigation including trademark infringement and disputes involving right of publicity and misappropriation of likeness. In addition, Aliya is experienced in litigation involving freedom of expression, defamation, and Anti-SLAPP.
