Biography
Alfredo Chávez Goyeneche is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses his practice on real estate, corporate, and project development and investment matters. He advises multinational and Mexican companies on corporate transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, lease agreements, restructuring contracts, project financing, investments, public bids, and regulatory issues.
Alfredo represents clients from a wide variety of industries in multimillion-dollar transactions and investments involving real estate, energy, and electricity generation, as well as the structuring of foreign investment transactions. His experience also includes franchise, compliance, anti-money laundering, and data privacy matters. In addition, Alfredo has counseled major energy and oil-related consortiums in public bids. He also advises national and foreign companies on Mexican immigration matters, including the relocation of expatriates and their families.
