Alexandra K. Wogan

Alexandra Wogan’s practice is focused on commercial finance. She represents banks and other institutional lenders concerning various commercial and financial transactions, with particular interest in the insurance underwriting process. 

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Alexandra worked as underwriting counsel for a national financial services company that serves the real estate and mortgage industries. She provided underwriting counsel and authorization to company personnel and customers related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies for local and national commercial markets. As in-house counsel, she regularly negotiated and collaborated with seller, buyer, and lender’s counsel on complex underwriting issues to help close large-scale transactions in Arizona.  With recent and direct financial services industry experience, Alexandra is positioned to help clients through their most sophisticated transactions.
