He routinely defends national mortgage companies, banks, real estate developers, landholders, commercial landlords and tenants, businesses and business owners, and individuals in matters involving partnership divorces, fiduciary duty claims, defamation, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant violations, contract and fraud disputes, easement and use restrictions, and federal statutory claims. Adam’s experience ranges from assisting clients with business formation, engaging in pre-litigation solutions, and in extensive litigation towards resolution and trial.
