Adam Lang has a varied general and complex commercial litigation practice. As a litigator, Adam has experience in many types of business disputes including real estate, employment and construction litigation, banking and securities litigation, governmental investigations, white-collar and common criminal defense, accounting, actuarial and malpractice disputes, and class action, partnership and shareholder disputes. Adam also serves as a business advisor and counselor to his clients in an effort to develop efficient, effective, and practical solutions to the complex and intricate problems they encounter. He is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Privacy, Electronic Discovery, and Criminal Defense subgroups. In addition, Adam is the co-chair of the Legislative and Governmental Affairs practice group where he handles election, political and administrative matters. Adam is also co-chair of the firm's Hiring Committee.
