Abby Dvorkin

Abby Dvorkin brings almost two decades of experience in construction law. Her transactional practice includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of design and construction contracts – including industry forms such as the AIA and DBIA and custom forms – on behalf of owners, developers, design professionals and contractors involved in multifamily, hospitality, commercial, and industrial projects.

She advises clients from project planning to project completion, offering strategic and practical counsel. Her transactional work is informed by more than ten years of experience litigating complex construction defect claims and contractual disputes. Abby prioritizes building strong client relationships and fostering productive dialogue with all project stakeholders.
