Snell & Wilmer Names Charles E. Gianelloni Managing Partner of Its Las Vegas Office

LAS VEGAS – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Charles E. Gianelloni has been named managing partner of the firm's Las Vegas office effective January 1, 2024. Gianelloni succeeds Mandy S. Shavinsky, who has served two terms as managing partner for a total of seven years. Shavinsky remains very active in firm expansion efforts as well as her Las Vegas based practice, serving clients with a wide range of complex real estate matters.   

Opened in April 2001, the firm’s Las Vegas office has approximately 40 attorneys who offer a comprehensive range of transactional, regulatory, and litigation services. Consistent with the firm’s Credo, the attorneys are deeply involved in the Las Vegas community, its industry groups, and leadership throughout the state.

Gianelloni is a commercial litigator with an emphasis on shareholder disputes, commercial real estate, and blockchain-related legal matters. He serves a wide variety of clients, protecting their investments, ranging from technology such as cryptocurrency, to emerging industries such as cannabis. Gianelloni is a member of the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and its Ask-A-Lawyer Program, and the Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Program.
