Snell & Wilmer Partner Byron Sarhangian Appointed to Arizona Chapter of NAIOP Board of Directors

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partner Byron Sarhangian was appointed to the Arizona Chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Board of Directors. 

NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is a leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP comprises 21,000+ members throughout North America. The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP is among the largest of the 52 chapters, with over 1,000 individual members representing around 400 companies. NAIOP Arizona provides unparalleled industry networking and education, and advocates for effective legislation on behalf of their members.

In his legal practice, Sarhangian concentrates in real estate and business transactions which include corporate relocations and expansions, purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, and brokerage matters. He advises large and small corporate clients in corporate real estate matters throughout the United States. Sarhangian’s practice also involves drafting and negotiating construction agreement for owners, lenders, and general developers, with respect to the Opportunity Zone Program. Additionally, Sarhangian chairs the firm’s real estate practice group. 

Sarhangian is widely recognized for his business and real estate law acumen in leading publications such as Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business®, The Best Lawyers in America®, and Southwest Super Lawyers®.
