Labor & Employment Attorney Clint S. Engleson Joins Snell & Wilmer’s San Diego Office

Engleson focuses his practice on representing employers in wage and hour litigation, including claims for failure to pay wages and provide meal and rest breaks, misclassification claims, wage statement claims, class and collective actions, and claims brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). He also works closely with employers on compliance with all aspects of California and federal employment laws. Engleson provides manager trainings, performs wage and hour audits, and revises employee handbooks, commission plans, wage statements, and meal and rest break policies.
Engleson has been recognized by Best Lawyers® Ones to Watch for Labor and Employment Law-Management, and Litigation-Labor and Employment (2022-2023). He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
