Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Morgan Hicks to the Denver Office
Denver – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Morgan Hicks has rejoined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the Commercial Finance Practice Group. Hicks focuses his practice on real estate and commercial finance matters and brings experience representing regional and national banks, private lenders, and commercial borrowers in a wide range of transactions.
Prior to rejoining Snell & Wilmer, Hicks was an associate attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP. Hicks has experience across a variety of industries, including multifamily, hospitality, commercial, residential, industrial, health care, and energy.
Hicks earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado.
