Morgan Hicks is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. He represents regional and national banks, private lenders, and commercial borrowers in a broad range of real estate and commercial finance transactions. His practice includes acquisition and construction financing, commercial and industrial lending, bridge and term loans, syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine financing, refinancings, and loan modifications and workouts.
Hicks has experience representing borrowers in connection with real estate investments and development projects, business acquisitions, and corporate financing transactions. He regularly drafts and negotiates loan documents, advises clients on financing structures and transaction terms, conducts due diligence, title and survey review, and manages transactions from initial documentation through closing.
His experience spans a variety of industries and asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, residential development, health care, and energy. In addition to his finance practice, Hicks advises clients on general commercial transactions and related real estate matters.
