Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Joshua Summers to the San Diego Office
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Joshua E. Summers has joined the San Diego office as counsel in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Summers brings broad transactional experience advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and capital markets matters. His practice also encompasses private equity and venture capital financings, note financings, and corporate structuring, as well as commercial agreements, including distribution, licensing, and services arrangements.
Summers regularly drafts and negotiates merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, and related transaction documents, and has led complex due diligence processes across a range of industries, with a focus on providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
Summers earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from San Diego State University.
