Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Brett Tobin to the Denver Office
DENVER – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Brett Tobin has joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. Tobin represents clients in healthcare professional liability matters and other civil litigation, with a particular interest in representing physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Prior to joining the firm, Tobin was an associate at Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP, where he focused on healthcare professional liability and civil litigation. Before entering private practice, he served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps as a trial counsel, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, administrative law attorney, government contracts and fiscal law attorney, and legal assistance attorney. His government service provided experience across a broad range of legal matters, including administrative and criminal investigations, government contracts, estate planning, and consumer finance. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan M. Brnovich of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and as an honors law clerk with the FBI.
Tobin earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his M.B.A. from Marquette University Graduate School of Management. He earned his B.S. in finance from Marquette University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wisconsin.
