Snell & Wilmer Advises TransCo.Energy, LLC in Its Sale to Electrical Consultants, Inc.

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is proud to announce its representation of TransCo.Energy (TransCo), an industry leader in power system analysis and technical services based in Tempe, AZ, in its sale to Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI).  

Established in July 2015, TransCo is a technical consulting company that provides expert services in the areas of system planning, operations, interconnection support and energy development. TransCo has worked on a wide variety of projects, including technical studies and development activities, several public and investor-owned utilities, transmission developers, independent power producers and regulators.

Through the partnership, ECI will be better positioned to help its clients navigate system planning, operations, interconnection, and transmission and energy development up to 765 kV, especially within the Southwest US.
