Snell & Wilmer Represents Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization Drug Delivery Experts in Acquisition by Pace Analytical

SAN DIEGO - Snell & Wilmer advised Drug Delivery Experts, LLC (DDE), a San Diego-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in complex injectable drug formulations and combination drug-device product development, in its sale to Pace Analytical Life Sciences^®, LLC (Pace Analytical), a full-service CDMO. The acquisition is expected to allow Pace Analytical to extend capabilities offered to its growing number of clients requiring services throughout the drug development process while adding expertise on drug-device combination products and extended-release injectable technologies.

DDE specializes in supporting parenteral drug products from solutions to particulate systems and long-acting technologies. Projects range from preclinical formulation to clinical supply and commercial product reformulation.
