ERISA/Employee Benefits Partner

Snell & Wilmer, a full-service law firm with more than 450 attorneys practicing in 15 locations throughout the United States and in Mexico, is seeking to add a Partner-level professional to its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, national law firm, which takes pride in its friendly, collegial culture and has no debt.  Compensation for this position will depend on factors including book of business, anticipated yearly billable hours, and experience.  We welcome inquiries from lateral partner candidates with established practices; while a portable book of business is desired, it is not required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans, and the benefits side of merger & acquisition transactions. Excellent prior training at a top quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and a client centric approach. There is great opportunity for advancement at a thriving firm which values collaboration, development, and community service.  The selected candidate may sit in any of our offices, and must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice.

Snell & Wilmer LLP believes that embracing diversity and inclusion brings out the best of what each individual has to offer and inspires us to build strong and lasting connections with each other, our clients, and our communities. We are committed to creating and cultivating a diverse workforce and inclusive environment where every employee has the right to work in surroundings that are free from all forms of unlawful discrimination.  It is our policy to conduct all employment-related activities without regard to an employee’s sex, race, color, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, religious creed, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, medical condition, military condition, military or veteran status or any other basis prohibited by applicable local, state, or federal laws.
