The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and arguing motions and assisting in complicated litigation matters, including all stages of discovery and motion practice. Snell & Wilmer’s Los Angeles office seeks a junior commercial litigation associate with two or three years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team, help advise our clients, and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and arguing motions and assisting in complex litigation matters, including all stages of discovery and motion practice. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills, with significant legal research experience is necessary. A judicial clerkship is a plus. California bar license is required.
Our expected salary range for this position is $210,000-$220,000, depending on experience. Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join our Labor & Employment practice group in the firm’s Phoenix or Tucson office. Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office seeks to hire a junior associate to support its bankruptcy and creditor’s rights practice group in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of law firm experience enforcing commercial loans for institutional clients and broader bankruptcy experience, including familiarity with the bankruptcy court. We seek excellent research and writing skills; prior clerkship experience is a plus and current bankruptcy clerks are especially encouraged to apply. California Bar admission is required. Our expected salary range for this position is $210,000-230,000, depending on experience. We expect to fill the position between the second- and fourth-year associate level. Commercial/Financial Services Litigation Attorney
Albuquerque
Snell & Wilmer seeks an attorney on a non-partnership track, with at least three years of experience in commercial litigation to assist with financial services litigation cases in multiple jurisdictions from our Albuquerque office. Staff attorneys will be required to work exclusively for the firm. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for periodic bonuses. In addition to base compensation, the attorney may be eligible for medical benefits, depending on schedule. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with reduced-hour and telecommuting flexibility. This position is under our Staff Attorney model (hourly commitment) and is not on a partnership track. The ideal candidate will have overall litigation case management experience, including drafting motions and handling discovery, as they will join our active trial team. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, as is admission to practice law in Arizona (California Bar a plus).
