Biography

Priscilla Ayn Parrett is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience handling complex disputes across a range of industries and forums. She is part of the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice, where she draws on her deep trial and advisory background to help clients navigate high stakes matters from early case assessment through resolution. Priscilla also has experience litigating and resolving complex federal, state, and local tax disputes for individuals and business entities.  In addition to her litigation experience, Priscilla has experience with IRS audits and appeals. As a former IRS Chief Counsel attorney, Priscilla can provide unique insights to assist clients through all stages of federal tax disputes.

Before joining the firm, Priscilla served as a Partner at a California law firm and as Counsel at multiple Am Law 100 firms, where she represented Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. She also spent several years with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she litigated cases before the U.S. Tax Court and led internal trainings on trial strategy and evidentiary issues. Her experience includes managing all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
