Bob Henry's practice is concentrated in civil litigation and general legal counsel regarding business operations, with a focus on and particular experience with matters or issues arising out of commercial and real estate transactions, contracts, and relationships. He has experience in both state and federal trial courts and in various alternative dispute resolution forums (including as a mediator). Bob represents regional and national corporations, Arizona-based businesses, and individuals.

Bob serves as Co-Chair of Snell & Wilmer's Real Estate Litigation and Eminent Domain/Condemnation practice groups.

His real estate litigation experience includes representing individuals and businesses in disputes or matters arising out of all aspects of real estate ownership (commercial and residential), including purchase and sale agreements, lease transactions, development agreements, association agreements, tenancy-in-common agreements, real estate financing agreements, property management, receiverships, partitions, condemnation/eminent domain, liens, foreclosure/trustee’s sales, boundary matters, adverse possession, evictions, 1031 exchanges, easements, escrow/title company matters, title insurance, brokerage matters, and regulatory matters. Bob also serves as a mediator for real estate disputes.
