His real estate litigation experience includes representing individuals and businesses in disputes or matters arising out of all aspects of real estate ownership (commercial and residential), including purchase and sale agreements, lease transactions, development agreements, association agreements, tenancy-in-common agreements, real estate financing agreements, property management, receiverships, partitions, condemnation/eminent domain, liens, foreclosure/trustee’s sales, boundary matters, adverse possession, evictions, 1031 exchanges, easements, escrow/title company matters, title insurance, brokerage matters, and regulatory matters. Bob also serves as a mediator for real estate disputes.
