Jeffrey Willis has a regional commercial litigation practice. Over the last decade, he has assisted clients in federal and state litigation in Arizona, Nevada, and California involving patent infringement, construction disputes, shareholders' rights, toxic and environmental torts, corporate governance, referenda and initiative challenges, creditors' rights, trade secrets, antitrust, and commercial fraud. Included in that experience are a number of bench and jury trials defending claims for lender liability arising from foreclosures, origination practices and loan administration. These cases, and the ones that settle before trial, typically involve voluminous document exchanges and several depositions of borrower and lender personnel.
Jeff is a seasoned trial lawyer whose complex litigation experience has resulted in favorable verdicts and settlements for his clients.
