Jeffrey Willis has a regional commercial litigation practice. Over the last decade, he has assisted clients in federal and state litigation in Arizona, Nevada, and California involving patent infringement, shareholders' rights, toxic and environmental torts, corporate governance, referenda and initiative challenges, creditors' rights, trade secrets, antitrust, and commercial fraud. Jeff is a seasoned trial lawyer whose complex litigation experience has resulted in favorable verdicts and settlements for his clients.
