  • Represented general contractor in five-week jury trial against public owner and architect arising from wrongful contract termination on elementary school. Obtained seven-figure award of damages, costs, fees and interest, which was upheld on appeal.
  • Represented owners of custom home against builder for overbilling and defective work; jury trial resulted in six-figure award of damages, costs, fees, and interest.
  • Represented owner of luxury custom home against builder for defective work; court trial resulted in six-figure recovery of 100% of claimed damages, costs, fees, and interest.
  • Represented owner of luxury custom home against builder for overbilling and abandonment; administrative (Registrar) hearing and arbitration resulted in six-figure award of damages, fees, cost, and interest.
  • Represented general contractor against private owner on claim for failure of payment; court trial resulted in successful award of damages in favor of general contractor.
  • Represented civil engineer in defense of claim by owners for professional negligence; arbitration award in favor of engineer.
  • Represented bidders in six, seven and eight-figure protests of awards on large municipality and ADOT projects.

  • Represented builder in drafting manuscript forms of design, design-build, and construction contracts and subcontracts.

  • Represented solar contractor in obtaining Registrar approval of contracts and warranties for residential and commercial projects.
