- Represented owner of luxury custom home against builder for defective work; court trial resulted in six-figure recovery of 100% of claimed damages, costs, fees, and interest.
- Represented owner of luxury custom home against builder for overbilling and abandonment; administrative (Registrar) hearing and arbitration resulted in six-figure award of damages, fees, cost, and interest.
