Adam Lang has a varied general and complex commercial litigation practice. As a litigator, Adam has experience in many types of business disputes including real estate and construction litigation, banking and securities litigation, governmental investigations, white-collar and common criminal defense, accounting, actuarial, and malpractice disputes, and class action, partnership, and shareholder disputes. He is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Criminal Defense subgroups. In addition, Adam is the co-chair of the Legislative and Governmental Affairs practice group where he handles election, political, and administrative matters. Adam is also a member of the firm's Hiring Committee.

- Defended and prosecuted matter on behalf of commercial property owner on sophisticated issues relating to wrongful recordation and quiet title claims
- Represented homeowners in complex egress/ingress easement disputes and engaged municipality and third-party neighbors in working on a successful solution benefitting all parties involved
- Represented 100-plus unit apartment complex owner in $25 million dispute over ownership of complex
- Advocated for mobile home park owner in dispute relating to Schedule B exceptions
- Represented banking institution in complex and sophisticated matters relating to alleged Ponzi scheme
- Defended banking institution in matters involving the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Truth-in-Lending Act, customer fraud and conversion, chargebacks, and breaches of banking policy
Professional Malpractice
- Defended law firms in matters relating to advice provided on issuing securities, sophisticated Ponzi scheme issues, and on bankruptcy estate recoveries
- Represented national accounting firm in eight-figure arbitration relating to audit and actuarial services rendered for insurance company
- Defended national accounting and actuarial firm relating to ERISA advice provided in the administration of pension and profit sharing plans

- Represented various national companies in SEC investigations
- Represented company in allegations and investigations relating to voter fraud
