On February 2, 2010, the SEC issued an interpretive release applicable to disclosures about climate change matters. This guidance applies to your company's upcoming Form 10-K. The interpretive release was approved in a contested 3-2 vote, with Commissioners Kathleen Casey and Troy Paredes disagreeing with the SEC putting itself in the intersection between climate control and politics.
