Extension of 2009 Physician Fee Schedule

As a follow-up to our previous Health Law Checkup issued on April 1, 2010, Congress has approved and President Obama has signed into law, as of April 15, 2010, legislation that retroactively stops the 21.2% Medicare physician fee schedule cut that went into effect April 1, 2010.
