As 2017 comes to an end, we are pleased to present you with our traditional End of Year Plan Sponsor “To Do” Lists. This year, we are publishing our “To Do” Lists in four separate Employee Benefits Updates. Part 1 covered health and welfare plan issues, Part 2 covered the annual cost of living increases, Part 3 covered executive compensation issues and this Part 4 covers qualified plan issues. Each Employee Benefits Update provides you with a “To Do” List of items on which you may want to take action before the end of 2017 or in early 2018.
