In our final issue for 2010, Under Construction is pleased to publish a special federal contracting edition. Attorney Josh Grabel highlights new ways the federal government is monitoring contractors more closely in his article Trends in Federal Contracting: Federal Government Cracks Down on Improper and Fraudulent Conduct by Contractors. In our final article of the federal contracting special, attorneys Gerard Morales and Stephanie Leach remind us that Federal Contractors Must Notify Employees of Their Rights Under Federal Labor Laws.
