CPSIA Alert: Factors in Civil Penalties
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has approved a final rule on the factors it will consider when setting fines for violations of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. The amendment outlines how the Commission will apply the civil penalty factors.
