Todd Jones focuses his practice in commercial finance, debt and equity restructurings and general commercial law. His experience for 14 years as internal counsel with a large finance company enables him to provide business and strategic savvy legal advice on a variety of issues facing both financial institutions and companies seeking to obtain debt financing. Todd leverages his many years advising clients in the franchise and owner-operator industries, together with his prior experience, to provide multiple clients in many other markets and areas focused and practical guidance on a multitude of business issues. In addition to his debt and equity product experience, Todd has led or co-led significant multi-billion dollar asset sales, acquisitions, securitizations and related corporate matters. His background includes large publicly traded Chapter 11 reorganizations, real estate bankruptcy matters and related workouts.
