Charles Gianelloni is an attorney whose practice is concentrated on representing privately and publicly held businesses of all sizes. He primarily serves clients in Las Vegas and in surrounding areas.
In his litigation practice, Charles helps companies and individuals with legal issues related to the technology, real estate, and healthcare industries. While there is no “typical client,” Charles regularly handles breach of contract disputes, real estate investigations before the Nevada Real Estate Division, and employment contract issues.
In his cannabis and blockchain practices, Charles helps companies with all varieties of litigation disputes as well licensing and regulatory compliance at the state and local levels. Charles represents cannabis and blockchain clients before numerous state and local agencies including the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board and the Nevada Financial Institutions Division of the Department of Business & Industry.
In his bankruptcy practice, Charles represents creditors and helps with recovering assets, negotiating reorganization plans and litigating adversary proceedings. He also has experience in handling matters involving guarantor litigation, fraud, and receiverships.
Charles regularly practices in Nevada state and federal courts, as well as in the Supreme Court of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Representation of Nevada-based cannabis cultivators and producers in litigation arising from cannabis-related transactions, agreements, and licenses
Representation of a publicly traded Canadian cannabis company in complex business litigation involving its Nevada subsidiaries
