Brenna Wolcott is a litigation attorney focusing on commercial and employment disputes. Brenna represents clients across a broad range of industries. She is experienced in all stages of litigation, such as responsive pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, oral arguments, arbitration and trial.
Brenna assists clients with a wide range of employment law issues, including discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and regulatory issues at the state and federal level. Brenna's employment litigation experience includes representing employers in defense of claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal discrimination, wage and hour, and workplace laws. She regularly assists employers with complaints filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state agencies.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Brenna gained experience at two other national law firms.
