Biography

Victoria T. Gregson is a counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs), and real estate finance documents. Her nationwide clients include those in real estate investment, telecommunications, e-commerce, hospitality, fitness, medical and veterinary care, renewable energy, and private equity.

With experience navigating complex title, zoning and survey matters, Victoria brings a practical, business-oriented approach to counseling clients in transactions of all sizes. She works closely with clients to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring that real estate strategies align with broader business objectives.
