Travis Atwood is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities group where he focuses his practice on business transactions. He regularly negotiates and drafts documents for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, representing both buyers and sellers in these transactions. In addition to M&A transactions, Travis also represents clients with securities offerings, entity formation and governance, drafting commercial agreements, and a wide variety of other general corporate matters.
Travis brings unique business and leadership experience from his time prior to practicing law where he worked as a project manager in the oil & gas industry in Texas, and proudly served for five years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army.
