Tammy Nguyen is in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group, representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes across a wide range of industries. Tammy’s experience includes litigating and arbitrating disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, business torts, derivative shareholder claims, restrictive covenant and trade secrets misappropriation claims, consumer protection claims, insurance fraud, real property disputes, receiverships, and asset forfeiture.
Tammy handles all phases of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, overseeing fact discovery and related motion practice, assisting with trial strategy and preparation, working closely with fact and expert witnesses, and coordinating settlements.
