Biography
Sydney Virtue is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and works to protect and preserve intellectual property rights through the use of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Sydney received her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from West Virginia University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from West Virginia University. Prior to joining the firm, Sydney served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge James P. Mazzone of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
