Simone Raess focuses her practice in intellectual property law and technology. She has experience drafting and prosecuting patents and trademarks, as well as counseling on related matters. Simone’s patent practice covers a wide range of technical areas, with experience in biosciences, as well as chemical, mechanical, mining and aerospace patents, among others. Simone also assists clients in enforcing their intellectual property rights, through licensing negotiations and litigation.
