Biography

Shannon Owens concentrates her practice in commercial finance. She represents banks and other institutional lenders in connection with real estate secured lending, asset-based lending, and other syndicated and bilateral commercial transactions. Shannon assists clients with loan documentation, title and survey review, due diligence, and facilitating transaction closings.

In addition, Shannon serves as a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Attorney Development Committee.
