Biography

Shannan Higgins is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Shannan advises clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development,  financings, and leasing. Shannan represents real estate developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across a wide range of property types throughout the United States.

Shannan received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Studies as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science from Seattle University. Prior to joining the firm, Shannan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Brown of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
