Sarah Richards is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Her practice focuses on a range of transactional matters, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financing, securities offerings and securities law compliance, entity formations, reorganizations and dissolutions, and corporate governance.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest marks in courses such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Ethical Lawyering, Evidence, Torts, Property, and Constitutional Structure. She also received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and graduated in the top six percent of her class.
